The Life of a teacher: A reflection on the experience of being in a teacher's role

Through the use of a day script to keep track of lessons and classes; keeping calm and communicating with the learners in terms of expectations goals throughout the lesson

it was more easy as i was acclimatized to the various classes and being in the classroom environment, with was supported by maintaining rapport with the learners which ensures that they are self-accountable and respect the classroom environment However it was challenging to manage classroom disturbance in the form of learners requesting permission to be excused; through the development of a bathroom pass learners were able to exercise some autonomy and responsibility without disturbing the lesson or their peers. Interaction with senior staff members improved on my ability by supporting my reflections; from which i was able to grow professionally and personally
